What made you decide to sign with the Sabers?: “I came into the west at the end of last season and loved the competition. So I decided to stay in the west, just coming down to the beaches. I can't wait for this season to start.”

TYLER SANDSTROM

Hometown: Huntington Beach, CA 

Previous Team: 18u AAA Kings

What made you decide to sign with the Sabers?: “I have lived in SoCal my whole life and have heard so many good things about the Sabers organization. Super excited for this season and what comes next.”

SETH WRIGHT

Hometown: Smithers, British Columbia

Previous Team: Langley Hockey Academy 17U AAA

What made you decide to sign with the Sabers?: “I'm very excited for this opportunity, I believe coach Matt will help me develop as a player and push me to the next level. Southern California is a beautiful area and i'm very grateful to be able to play the sport I love the most there. I'm excited for this opportunity and can't wait to get to work.”

HUBA SZABO

What made you decide to sign with the Sabers?: “I am really excited to join the San Diego Sabers and be part of the team. I hope I can bring my international experience, a strong work ethic, and a competitive mindset to the team while continuing to improve every day. I can't wait to get to San Diego, meet everyone, and get the season started.”
