NCDC Provo Predators tender Mario Paganini

by Tomas Kapusta

Congratulations to Sabers’ forward Mario Paganini on being tendered with the Provo Predators of the NCDC!

Mario moved from the Richmond Generals to the San Diego Sabers in October of the prior season, and in his debut game against the Las Vegas Thunderbirds, he scored three goals and added one assist. Mario would remain unstoppable the entire season, tallying 25 goals and 29 assists in just 27 games.

“From the beginning, Mario's influence on the ice with the Sabers was clear,” said Sabers’ General Manager Domenick DiCicco. “I believe what made Mario an unstoppable force throughout the season was his speed and ability to read game situations. The crowd always enjoyed seeing Mario play because of his passion. We're eager to see how the talented forward's career progresses at the next level after joining Provo.”

If you're interested in joining the San Diego Sabers, the upcoming 2023 Prep Camp held August 18-20 is an excellent opportunity to get ahead of the competition. The weekend will consist of demanding practices, strength & conditioning sessions, beach workouts, and games that will be officiated by referees. Players will receive an exit interview. The camp will also be streamed online by Livearena.

The Sabers' April NCDC camp was sold out, and space is limited.
